Tiger Muay Thai classes are split in 2: a beginner's and intermediate/advance class. Classes are run simultaneously. Beginners learn footwork, balance, coordination, and basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. We do muscle memory drills, cardio drills, abs, and push-up drills. There is hardly any physical contact between students. Contact us today for more information on self-defense and fitness training.
About Our Classes: As students' muscles, cardio, and confidence build, students will start doing pad work drills. Pad work at the beginners' level will work more cardio and muscles because of the higher number of reps. As pad work skills get stronger, a student will transition between the beginners' and intermediate class.
The intermediate class is taught by Kru Doug. The intermediate class consists of learning how to counter attacks. Training involves a lot more physical contact between students. We encourage you to come in anytime during our fitness training hours to try a class, see what training is like, and ask questions.
There are three different levels of training at Tiger Muay Thai: ♦ Beginners—Students That Have Little to No Experience in Muay Thai ♦ Intermediate—Students Who Have Technique Understanding But Don't Know How to Apply Them ♦ Advanced—Students Who Can Apply Offensive & Defensive Techniques in Sparring Situations

Muay Thai Training: Muay Thai Training is co-ed group training held in the evenings. Training is separated by experience. The beginners' class is where students learn the basic techniques of Muay Thai. Students start in front of the mirror so they can understand targeting and strikes. As balance and understanding of techniques are established, students start doing pad work and heavy bag work.
The advance class takes basic combos and techniques learned in the beginner class and start doing more extensive partner drills and pad work. Students learn to counter attacks, clinch, and spar.
